help with squat

So this morning I was squating. I worked upto 245-2 at pprobably 80% effort.

I had a guy watch me while doing them. When I got down to parallel I would pause for a second then start coming up. I had really good speed out of the hole but after a few inches above parallel I would hit a wall and slowly go threw it.

I then dropped weight to 135 and was working on ass to grass squat watching my speed out of the hole. I would fly up from the very bottom of my squat to little over parallel and hit a wall again and slowly go up there it.

What would help with this sticky point in mylifts?

Few weeks ago I did 275 good 3-4 under parallel and flew up till just over parallel then slowly got threw it again.
