I need some fresh ideas for a new training program when I begin cycle in a month. I will be focusing on adding lean mass not a dirty bulk. What supps I run is still on the table. I've run dozens of different programs over 15+years. I always come back to my faves when cycling though. Last one I did was y3t training.
