Was watching a Elliot hulse video and he was suggesting to help stimulate calve growth different flexions of the ankle while doing hamstring curls since they attach so high, thoughts on this?

With the ankle in dorsiflexion, you will have more gastrocnemius activation because the muscle is lengthened.

I've always have trouble with my calves and i've just had to hit them twice a week with high reps and little rest period.
