I tried to do an HIIT workout today because I've seen great results (on the Internet) before. So today I did 10 rounds of hill sprints, with 30 seconds rest between each round.
It was tough, but I didn't feel like I accomplished anything. Did I just not do enough, too much rest time, or what?
