I'm fucking pissed...:frustrate
Last thursday I did 1st day of 10 reps, it's been going really well, this my first time doing HST and so far I'm impressed. Yesterday I got flu. Sick like a fucking dog... I can't train till I get better. The question is When I get better should I start all over again or should I start with day 2 of 10 reps? Thanks.
