Hi my name is Erik. I currently weigh 195 pounds. Looking to lose weight. What kind of exercises or workout plan should I follow. I've been doing a lot of lifting but I'm guessing that won't help me lose weight. Should I do a lot of cardio? Ab exercises? I want six pack abs and ideally a slimmer body. Would love to have somebody keep me in check and be like a mentor from time to time. I'm trying to lose like 30 pounds!!!
