Nice! Beats paying megabucks for used commercial equipment. That, plus an olympic set and a back hyperextension bench and done :)

That is awesome man. Nice work. It is good being able to do things yourself...you can make them just the way you want them. That stuff looks as good or better than my store bought equipment.

I built that 30 years ago out of scrape metal. Its 4 pieces of I think 3" black iron pipe with 4 pieces 4" x 1/8' Flat Steel

I'm just curious - if you do not fabricate or weld then how did you build this fabricated and welded equipment?

It's cool equipment the likes of what was available retail 30 years ago.

My overweight Prowler.....

Was built out of scrap metal and things I had laying around the shop.
Completely unloaded it's like a regular prowler with 90lbs added to it.
Up rights are old axle shafts from a semi both weigh 30 and can be set wider and the multi grip T can be moved front to rear with no tools. Big D-ring on the front used for stapping tractors to trailers.

Build a pull sled too but can't find a pic of it.
I get one later but it's far from fancy.

Thanks
More like overbuilt though.

You could drop that pig from a plane and it wouldn't even phase it.

Found the plans on the net and 1 day of my time was all it took.
