Hey guys, I am having trouble getting my squat form down as well as depth. I am curious for some help to get that form down and help out my hip flexibility. Thanks!

I agree. look at some youtube videos on squat form. Also always stretch before and after workouts. I found when i did that i could get better depth and form. And i always squat in front of a mirror so i can make sure i get parallel.

When wanting to improve flexibility why stop there? Go ahead and take the time to hit above and below: Ankle, knee, and hip. Then look for ways to improve your movement patterns and practice the actual groove you find most comfortable. Times time for each person to craft and make their own but well worth it in the end. The strength camp on youtube has a decent lecture on it that seems to aid people.
