Im looking to start a new workout plan. Aiming to put on muscle. 22 y.o, 78kg and have been weights training for 2-3 years. Can only currently train three nights a week (mon, weds, fri). Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks

The best training plan (I hate the word 'workout') in the world is:

Wait for it

Is the one you stick to without quitting...

You could try a PHAT style workout.
Monday-full body strength
Wednesday-upper body hypertrophy
Friday-lower body hypertrophy

Monday - Upper
Wed - Lower
Friday - Upper
Week 2
Monday - Lower
Wed - Upper
Friday - Lower

Keep rotating like that.
Like the push-up suggestion...

I'm doing the Clear Results Challenge from FLEX magazine. It's 3 days a week. Very basic but so far very effective. I'm on week 4 and have seen all my numbers go up and I've seen some results in the mirror too........
