The 1 Million Pound Deadlift

I thought this might be cool like the Squat Rep thread.

Add up total poundage moved for any deadlift variation (conventional, sumo, rack pull, block pull, reverse band, trap bar, stiff legged, romanian, dimmel, jefferson, snatch-grip, against bands/chains (calculate top end weight) dumbell ect) that you completed in one training session.

Example:
135x15 (2,025)
225x8 (+1,800)
315x5 (+1,575)
405x1 (+405)
465x1 (+465)
495x1 (+495)
510x2 (+1,020)
525x2 (+1,050)

Total Weight Moved = 8,835lbs

Just add your poundage onto the previous poster and we will continue.

Credit for this is given to pistonHonda

So, that was from Monday's session so I'll kick this thread off with.....

8,835lbs

GO!

Dang a lot is sets and weight moved right there. Next time I deadlift I'll have to write it down and add it up and get back to this!

Do we have a target weight like 1,000,000 pounds or are we just adding the numbers to see what has been lifted?

I'm cool with that. I'll edit the OP. Maybe Admin can change the thread title because he's an awesome human being and would love to do that for us..

This morning:

Conventional
10 x 135 = 1350
5 x 225 = 1125
5 x 315 = 1575
3 x 405 = 1215
10 reps R/P 30 sec rest @ 495 = 4950

total 10215

Kenpo does this for his routines and I think it is cool as **** to see the total. Have never really calculated.

11,029 + 10215= 21244 thread total

Lots of numbers, counting reps is one thing, but pounds... Thats multiplication dude
I also have to convert from kilos to pounds.
I think i chose the wrong time to start stronglifts. I won't be much help but i'll do my best.
