Has anyone used this protocol for an extended period of time to have a decent review versus typical routines
breezy11 does, I'm not sure how routinely though.

I'll do occluded supersets once a week maybe. I feel it helps with recovery (I think..) I've only done it for something at the end of the session though, and not an entire routine.

Id look up some Meadows videos/protocols.

I have used it mostly for calves, biceps and triceps for a decent amount of time now. Not sure if you got more info on this in the past few months since you posted, but I have seen a decent size increases in my calves which were a huge trouble point for me up until I started doing BFR training. I haven't seen much that I can specifically attribute to occlusion training in my biceps or triceps, but I like to believe that my calves have grown from it. No circumference measures for actual proof, but subjectively, I think it helped. Hope that somewhat helps!
