6-Day Split? You're off already. 4-Day

No one will build you anything with no information about you, your experience, and your goals. It's a highly individualized thing. How are we to decide what lifts you should do to address weaknesses? Are you a raw lifter?

Here's a brief article for a raw lifter http://www.jtsstrength.com/articles/2012/06/15/how-i-would-westside/

Kind of hard to give you much more without knowing anything.

5/3/1 is s great program for beginner through advanced lifters.. it's very simple and easy to follow. The conjugate method can be very complex. I would keep it simple if you don't hand much time under a bar. Maybe even try the texas method.

How long have you been training? More specifically, powerlifting?

Clean is irrelevant for these purposes. Other than that, nothing too much beyond gym rat numbers. Westside would be a little adventurous, especially if solo without someone guiding your technique and to program.
