No one will build you anything with no information about you, your experience, and your goals. It's a highly individualized thing. How are we to decide what lifts you should do to address weaknesses? Are you a raw lifter?
5/3/1 is s great program for beginner through advanced lifters.. it's very simple and easy to follow. The conjugate method can be very complex. I would keep it simple if you don't hand much time under a bar. Maybe even try the texas method.
Clean is irrelevant for these purposes. Other than that, nothing too much beyond gym rat numbers. Westside would be a little adventurous, especially if solo without someone guiding your technique and to program.
