I'm currently cutting with epi smash and halo elite, of course along with my gear support, I've been doing high volume training 1 week into using epi smash and I just started halo elite as well,

Example
Back day
Lat pulldown 12,10,8,6
T bar row 12,10,8,6
Low cable pulley 10,10,8,8
Pull over 10,10,8,6
One arm row 12,10,8,6
Dead lift 12,8,6,4,2

That's an example of my high volume back routine, I'm not trying to build strength on cycle to avoid losing more muscle after cycle

Stats are 193 pounds
Bodyfat 14%
Height 5 foot 7 inches
Calories on workout days roughly 2300-2400 calories with moderate carbs
Off days 1900-2000 calories with no carbs
I carb cycle so 1 refeed/cheat meal once a week

So question is, is high volume the approach to go to when on cycle ?

High volume, low volume... whatever works for you... id pay more attention to your diet on cycle, if strength increases then obviously your training will change

Alright thank you and yeah I carb cycle so 2 no carb days then 4 moderate and 1 high,

Maybe try smthng like y3t ,, works for me when I do. My SD cycle
