I want your opinion on my upper body workout

Hi, since this forum usually provides me with quick and useful answers, I´ve decided to return to hear your opinion on my upper body workout.

Barbell Bench Press - 3 sets

Bent Over Barbell Row - 3 sets

Dips - 3 sets

Machine Shoulder Press - 3 sets

Barbell Biceps Curl - 2 sets

Bench Dips - 2 sets

Ab Crunches - 2 sets

Feel free to suggest changes to the workout and thank you in advance!

Take out the machine press, bench dips, and crunches.

Replace with standing overhead press, something other than bench dips, then some Ab rollouts.

This. I would suggest regular dips in place of the bench dips.
