    While there is no discussion that abs are a factor of body fat rather than muscles.
    Could one argue that much like training chest, shoulder and back and building it for a larger more esthetic appearance overall - then training stomach can lead to a more shaped abdomen area - even with 15% body fat covering it?
    Or am I delusional?

  2. Front squats, squats, and compound lifts will create a strong core. Get your fat low enough and that means abs

  3. OHS can also help get your core stronger, but start light if you don't have much experience with the movement~
