Here is the back workout I just completed! I am just over 2 weeks out from NPC Jr. Nationals in Chicago. First thing in the morning I did 30 minutes stair stepper (interval. fasted). Then home to eat and do some work. Then back to the gym to Lift.

10 minutes before workout 1 Scoop ENRAGE pre workout (must try, very balanced formula, all around awesome pre)
During workout 1 Scoop Scivation Xtend (Green apple my fav flavor)

Lat Pull Down - 2 warm up sets. 4 working 12, 10, 8, 6
Bent Over Barbell Row - 12, 10, 8, 6
Seated Cable Row - 15, 12, 10, 8
Close Grip cable pulldown - 12, 10, 8, 6
Barbell Curls - 15, 10, 10, 8
Seated Dumbbell curls - 12, 10, 10, 8
Shrugs Dumbbell - 15, 15, 12, 12

Post workout 1.5 scoops ON Hydrowhey + 1/2 scoop Karbolyn.

90 minutes later 6.5 oz grilled chicken (it's a low carb day)

I obviously didn't do dead lifts this work out, by design.

And personally I prefer lat pulls down over pull ups, however I do both. No pull ups were done this working, intentionally.

Great results. I've thought of this before - doing deads in a seperate workout...it is tough because there are only so many ways to juggle your workouts so that you aren't training things too close together. I like to make sure I have 3-4 days or more between deads and squats....like others have said, you can't argue the results.
