Critique my bulking routine!

Hey guys, heres my current routine, pretty much just trying to put on some muscle. Any advice on what i need to add/remove/change would be greatly appreciated!

DAY 1: squats
Leg extentions
Hamstring curl
Stiff legged deads
Calve raises
Abs

DAY 2: bench press
Dumbbell bench press
Seated row
Dumbbell rows
Deltoid lateral raises
Overhead press

DAY 3: rest

DAY 4: deadlifts
Hamstring curl
Leg press
Hack squat
Calve raises
Abs

DAY 5: incline bench press
Incline dumbbell press
Chin ups
Lat pull down
Face pulls
Rear delt raises

DAY 6: rest

DAY 7: rest

you have a list of exercises, not a workout.

what percentage of their 1RM are they done at? how many sets? how many reps per set? what is your progression plan? do you do any deloads?

if you want more bang for your buck and just a lift of exercises:
DAY 1: deadlifts
glute ham raise/romanian deads/etc
rows
Abs

DAY 2: bench press
Dumbbell bench press
Face pulls
Calve raises

DAY 3: rest

DAY 4: squats and more squats
front squats/belt squats/hack squats/Leg press/etc
Calve raises
Abs

DAY 5: overhead press
Chin ups
Rear delt raises
Calve raises

DAY 6: rest

DAY 7: rest

Adding weight regularly to the big exercises especially, hard work/effort and eating plenty of good food.
It is absolutely that simple.

Also, if you dont feel burnt out, keep upping the intensity until you do.

you'll know when you've gone too far (you wont want to go to the gym kind of feeling)

THEN work on low volume extra intensity (bout 3 days per week)

switch it up
