Training routine while cutting?

I will start cutting for one week and i need good 3 day split training routine... series and reps? Thanks !

Diet: Carb Cycling

I think its good 3x Full body but when i asked on another forum they told me its better 4-5 day split because full body it was to complex.

I training about 1-1.5year and im 17y/o.

Try hst, it's a 3 day full body split.
