Tues- Chest, tri, front delt
Wed- core, mobility, and stretching (got to fix my posture)
Thurs- off
Fri- posterior chain, forearm, calves, and upper traps
Sat- Quads, mid delt, core
Sun- off

If by posterior chain you mean deadlifts & quads you mean squats, I'd leave at least a day between them...

I fixed it the way I feel it should look in order to make sure your upper body is recovering.

Since you're more into bodybuilding and you said you're cutting if I remember correctly, PHAT will allow you to train for both strength and hypertrophy (PHAT) giving you near-maximal work, dynamic/speed work, and hypertrophy. You can alternate between deadlift and squat variations every couple of weeks on the power days.

Also another good option:
John Meadows Mountain Dog

I would check out breezy11 and aceroni training logs.

Feel free to PM me again if you want to discuss what we had previously as well.

You're gonna go crazy trying to find the perfect split, man.
