Does anyone use them here? I used to have run and would run it in the park, but my gym just put in an astroturf area with a few and I forgot how much I love them. I have been getting back into it with a 500 yd (100x5 w/ 60 sec rest) push and a 500yd pull at the end of my 2 leg workout days. I already see a difference in explosiveness coming out of the hole in squats and quite a bit more flexibility.
