Anyone have an insight on how to rip up your lower abs and obliques? I know diet is key but what are some good things that have worked for some people?!

This is probably the most productive for lower abs, but make sure you raise your hips off the back pad as high as possible to make it as effective as possible. This also activates your obliques.

I do mine on a pullup bar. No pad involved. :)

If you can control body swing a great way to do them. Make them into "toe to bar" and feel the BURN.

I also read somewhere recently that internally rotating the legs helps take away some of the hip flexor activation and distributes it more toward the activation the lower rectus abdominis. Something to consider.

(I think it was one of the articles here on AM actually)
