2 a day suggestions

I've always hit body parts 2x a week with great results. However why do you want to do 2 a days? Why not just ramp up the intensity and maybe superset if time is of the essence?

I am going to have xtra time after work that I have not had before. And an opportunity to hit the gym 2x.
