2 a day suggestions

    2 a day suggestions


    Planning on starting 2 a days next week. Any suggestions. I was thinking workout longer in the am and in the pm hit conditioning and core. Any suggestions?
    Should I hit body parts 2x a week and do conditioning and core. Or just 1x a week with conditioning and core?

    I've always hit body parts 2x a week with great results. However why do you want to do 2 a days? Why not just ramp up the intensity and maybe superset if time is of the essence?

    I am going to have xtra time after work that I have not had before. And an opportunity to hit the gym 2x.

    I have actually decided against starting two a days do to time constrictions. I will just stick to my 3-5 days a week. Thanks for the replies
