White rice question help?

Is white rice roughly 135 calories per 100gram?

I noticed long grain is about 290 calories per 100gram and it has raised my suspicion ?:)

White rice might be cooked-> lots of water weight, while the other is raw.

The white rice I just looked up has 349 kcal per 100gram
