Pain in collar bone?

I know this won't be popular but I do a lot of pull-ups and decided to have my try at some muscle-ups. Well the first one I did I felt fine but the second one didn't go so well. As I pulled myself up and went to push my self up off the bar my collar bone made a pretty loud pop and I immediately had a pain sensation in what seems like the area that connects to my sternum by my throat at the end of the bone. Does anyone have any idea as to what this could possibly be? It's been 2 days and the pain is pretty intense when I move my arm into a push type position.

Thanks
Justin

Intense pain for two days? Doesn't really matter what we think, that warrants a doctors visit.

It's just such a odd feeling whenever I put my arm straight out and bring my arm back (when the bar would be down when benching) and push it hurts.. Just odd in general

Distal clavicular osteolysis , DCO aka weight lifters shoulder. Get it checked out ... It can become extremely painful
