  1. Stayed home from work today. Not feeling too well sinus is jammed full of snot. Very uncomfortable.. Migraine from the clog. Tried to netti pot. 12 hours later the netti pot flowed out of mr sinus... Yeah. Clogged. Bad. Lol. Keep killing it guys I'm gonna get a pump vicariously through you!!

    Back abs and cardio in the books. 190.3 this morning so 2.4 lbs to go. Gonna be a close one but diet and training have been on point. Feeling confident I won't have to borrow the wife's clothes in 2 weeks haha

    Same here, close enough I can taste it but not close enough to say it is a done deal.

    So last night I had a pretty great pump. I decided instead of normal cardio to do some circuit training for about 25-30 minutes. I was breathing like a freight training and so pumped up I physically ached. Looking at it right now I am so close to success I can taste it. I see the lines coming in and the pace of progress I feel I am right on track right now. One moment I think heck I might already be there then the next I am sure I am just a little ways out from my goal. Right on that cusp of success. I am hoping I end up at a point I can fill up a little before the final pics but just depends on what I am looking like at a week out. Lots of things can happen or not happen in that short period of time.

    Pretty much full body or full upper body at least. Nothing set in stone or spectacular so much as get in a good lift and nice pump / give the free meal a nice place to land.

    Just had Birthday Free Meal #1 - Boss bought me Mexican for lunch then we had Carrot Cake. I can already start to see my veins filling up from the carbs.
    Tomorrow will be free meal #2 - More than likely Chicken Fajita then some Strawberry Cake and a few drinks. These will be the only "free meals" until the end of this but I think they should also help me see exactly where I am after getting in a little bit of carbs.

    Thanks man. You would think that about the last few lbs but turns out my body must be trying like hell to hold onto whatever water it can because I'm actually up a lb from yesterday. And yeah we have 16-18 inches of ice around here for the most part. I picked a good year to buy a power auger that's for sure. Plus lugging that thing around is a workout in its self lol.
