    110s for 15 reps on flat bench


    I'm going to get some slack on my form in this video.
    So, 2 things.
    1. Oh well.
    2. I am working out some tightness/knots in my shoulder due to some built up issues.

    Impressive. Lol you're form isn't that bad, stabilizing 110s is a task in itself.

    Nice, gotta get back up there. I feel bad pressing next to the chick at my gym that reps out 120s on the incline

    it's not full ROM all the time which people like to immediately chime in about.
    thanks for the support though. 110s do suck. I couldnt stabilize the 135s a few months ago, thus the shoulder issue
