I'm going to get some slack on my form in this video.
So, 2 things.
1. Oh well.
2. I am working out some tightness/knots in my shoulder due to some built up issues.

Impressive. Lol you're form isn't that bad, stabilizing 110s is a task in itself.

it's not full ROM all the time which people like to immediately chime in about.
thanks for the support though. 110s do suck. I couldnt stabilize the 135s a few months ago, thus the shoulder issue :)

I note that almost daily in my videos :)
I need an ipod since my phone was my source for music and is now the camera.
