I have been working out for about 1-2 years so far. I am:
5'7"
150 Lbs
1RM Bench - 230
1RM Squat - 320
1RM DL - 355
I am looking to put on some weight in the 6 months while I am deployed and then just lean up a little bit towards the last month. I have been doing Push/Pull/Legs/Push/Pull but now I don't mind having 6 days on. Just looking for something that I should do for 5-6 months. Since I won't have Taco Bell and Burger King any I will be able to eat healthy and eat a lot so making the best out of this.
Also I am going to be running a stenzine 8 week cycle to help.
