Evaluate of shoulder injuries now healed one side of back from shoulder to waist is smaller and not worked as well. First year as physique competitor and need symetry. Any help on how to best isolate and grow the weaker side would be appreciated.

Well, since no one bit, here is my opinion and some input.

Firstly, if it is atrophy from not working it as much, using the bar and both hands/sides evenly, will still eventually have the lessened side, catching up, since the body will do it's absolute best, to maintain some kind of balance. The strong side will not keep getting so far ahead. We are just not built that way.
Even though you may feel your stronger side pushing the bar up faster, keep the same balance and push "EVENLY" with both sides. Over a short time the weaker side will catch.

Next, you could after the main work and your compound exercises, do say an extra iso sets or 2 for the weaker side.
Example: After say BB rows or low cable pulls, do a set or 2 of single arm DB bench rows. Also say after OHP's a set or 2 with the DB on the weak side.

Other than that, has you doctor given you any insight?

Dumbbell bent over rows. Hammer Strength lat pull down; just one use handle. You can also use a D-bar on any cable machine to isolate one side of your back.
