I was wondering if it would be possible to develop a training routine that consisted of crossfit and bodybuilding? I want the crossfit aspect cause I think it's hella fun and I want the bodybuilding cause I need to get bigger.
u gotta eat like a beast and limit the crossfit a little; just for recovery purposes
Like is there a way I can make a routine with it?
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Arms
Friday - Shoulders/Chest
Saturday - Arms/Arms
