Can someone help me develop a training regimen?

  1. Can someone help me develop a training regimen?


    I was wondering if it would be possible to develop a training routine that consisted of crossfit and bodybuilding? I want the crossfit aspect cause I think it's hella fun and I want the bodybuilding cause I need to get bigger.


  2. u gotta eat like a beast and limit the crossfit a little; just for recovery purposes

  4. Monday - Chest
    Tuesday - Arms
    Wednesday -Arms
    Thursday -Chest/Arms
    Friday - Shoulders/Chest
    Saturday - Arms/Arms
    Sunday -Abs
