Well it's 7:10am here on the east coast and I'm ready to hit the gym.. At least my mind is. More often than not I'm at the gym after work. So I've had a few full meals, a lot of fluids, and gotten a warm-up (sometimes in the form of a Mockup landmine workout using 3or4 inch steel pipe weighing 200-300 lbs)
Back to the couch now, I figured it was best to eat something small, take my multi and vitamin c, and have a small protein mixture (whey, casein, mass) It all looked good on paper, but thinking about squats right now is making my stomach churn.
For those of you who are hitting the weights pre-9am.. What's your morning routine like?
Ie: supplements, diet, warmup, time from waking up until your first lift?
