  17. Those 1" pauses looked good. I could see your elbow positioning improve each rep. Are you getting up on your traps? You looked a little flat-backed there, but I can understand if you can't get into the position.

    Thanks dude. Yeah, I was trying to ensure that I kept the elbows more tucked while lowering the bar to about the sternum.
    I get up onto my traps (not neck), pull my shoulder blades together and I have a slight arch in my lumbar (enough to put your hand under). What you see in the video is about as comfortable as I can get with the new adjustments. I'll keep working at it though.
