I'll look up a recipe. Plenty of shops around here that are of the Asian persuasion.

Brief leg session. My body is pretty broken down so gotta take it kinda easy.

    Squats

    135x12
    135x12
    135x12
    135x12

    Lying Ham Curls/Leg Extensions

    100x12/100x12
    100x12/100x12
    100x12/100x12
    100x12/100x12

    One Legged Smith Squats

4 sets of 6 each leg

    Box step-ups

    22.5 DBs/4x10

    24" box jumps

    4 sets of 15

Spoke to a trainer buddy of mine this morning and discussed some training options. Looks like I'm going to focus on very high rep range with moderate weight. I am also going to incorporate timed AMRAPs into the mix, down the road.
In a nutshell, I'm not bodybuilding, I'm not x-fitting, and I'm not powerlifting. I really don't have a definition for my intent. The plan is to be able to move heavy shlt for extended periods of time, above all. An example is, I want to be able to knock out 40-50 BW pull-ups in one set (no kipping) by May. This should be fun.

    functional strength training?
my all-time favorite - I just skew things with bb'ing friendly exercises so I can look good while I amass this improved/increased usable strength, typically with the intent of improving my sporting game strength

That's probably the best definition that would describe what I'm going for. Aesthetics will come with it, but functionality is the main focus. You're a smart dude.

Like I said, dick, my body is kinda wrecked right now. As a matter of fact, I'm going to the doc in about an hour and a half to find out if my foot is indeed fractured and what's wrong with my shoulder. Whenever you feel froggy though, let me know, and we'll go ruck 20+ miles for time and see who finishes first.

Ask my sister, she's the chef.

First things first; had my first serving of Stimul8 this morning. I've been waiting for this day for a while now, and since I was away at training, I missed the release. God damn, this stuff was worth the wait.

    Timeline was as follows:

0641: chugged it down in two swigs (mixed 1 scoop with about 8oz cold water). Taste=good but not great. Tainted due to having brushed my teeth only 10 minutes prior. Will space them out a little better tomorrow morning.

0654: chilly feeling. Hard to describe. Best way I can put it is after you get a fresh haircut and feel the breeze on your scalp, it's that sort of cooling sensation.

0707: face, ears and palms itching. Damn. Already sweating and I just finished driving.

0710-0820: gym time. Shoulder focused workout. This shlt is extremely thermogenic. Didn't know I could sweat like this.

0942: decided I'll try a half scoop tomorrow. I've been stim free for about two months so 1/2 scoop should do the trick. Full scoop is a little much for me right now. Felt like yacking during DB OHP/KB swing superset.

Edit: I train fasted with the exception of BCAA/SAA so PWO is taken on an empty stomach. May take it with a piece of bread tomorrow.
