Then I pull back some for a bit, & when I go back on I'm back to minimums again.
    Good stuff

  2. Tonights LEGS workout. Woke up at 189 this morning, up a lb but thats pretty insignificant. Hoping for 185 by the end of next week. That should set me up to hit 180-183 within a month from now which is where I need to be at. Sure I could lose 10 lbs in a few days with water loading and espsom/alcohol baths paired with sweat suit in a sauna, but Id rather avoid all that pain.

Did ATG Squats tonight with the belt up to 215 for reps. Couldve done 225 no problem but I didnt want to push it. Feeling good. Every time I do low weight ATG squats I begin to improve my form more and more. I caught myself leaning forward too much a couple times but was able to correct on the next rep. I now have cheap Spalding knee sleeves for the recent knee pain Ive been dealing with. They seemed to help tonight. Other than that I feel like my blood pressure is returning to normal since being on. Everything just feels right and seems easier, albeit at much lower weight.

Tomorrow is BACK workout, and I cant wait after beating up the wheels...

  3. Back pain, knee pain, we're all aging. Good thing we're going to be "ripped" seniors. What's with the spreadsheet workouts? Do you need an app recommendation? JeFit.
May I suggest using this app to track your bloodwork tests:

  4. If you're looking for an awesome Knee Sleeve, Titan's are the bomb. Only thing that kept my knee alive through that 8 wk squat program. 60 bux sounds crazy, until you contemplate what knee surgery would cost. Drop in a bucket.

I feel you. I have Zoot calf sleeves that I use when running/jogging that were $50. They completely get rid of shin splints that I have been plagued with ever since I can remember

Tonights back workout. Did wide grip pullups first. Then db rows. Then stretchers followed by a SuperSet of shrugs and back ext. Then yogged for a bit. Blasted through that workout pretty quick. The lifting portion only took 25-30 minutes with rest between sets and exercises reaching 1:30 at the most. Feeling good gents

  13. And here we thought that pct was the worst thing in the world. Not so much.

  16. How's it going, PF?
“Care for the flock that God has entrusted to you. Watch over it willingly, not grudgingly—not for what you will get out of it, but because you are eager to serve God. ... lead them by your own good example.” 1 Peter‬ 5:2-3‬

When is he going back in?

  21. Whats up pole smokers! Thanks for caring. Working a ton of overtime and haven't had time for my boys up in hurr. Trying to get my future squared away right now and the stress is killing me. I don't have much time to make up my mind because deadlines for my main 3 options are coming up and I need to choose the right one. You get to a point in your life where you have to make a decision that is going to heavily impact the rest of your life, and well, Im there right now. Having options is better than having none at all though so Im happy for that, but it doesn't make things any easier. To sum it all up Id have to say this, being an adult isn't easy but its the hard decisions that make us who we are and make men out of boys…

So Im getting a little too deep for an internet forum. Lets get to my upcoming PT plans. Just scored an Msten RX and Reaper run off Bean. Going to be starting a new training log by this coming weekend at the latest. All this grown up BS has made me realize I need to come back to my meditative outlet of smashing elfin weight and let loose. Planning on a 6-8 week run with 1 or 2 bottles of MSten up front and 1 bottle of Reaper on the back end, stacked with bps Dermacrine, Formeron, AI cycle support, orange triad, fish oil, creatine mono, Decimate powder, taurine, caffeine, bulk bcaa's, a ton of protein powder, probably some grapefruit extract for the increased metabolic effect on the orals, and Im sure some other crap. PCT will be clomid, Test Powder, orange triad, fish oil, creatine mono, bcaa's, more protein powder, a GDA of some sort, Formeron (trying it out instead of pharm AIs or arimistane) and GWPs MK2866. Then Ill follow pct up with ABE and Erase Pro. Should be an awesome 6-8 wk PH run, 4-6 wk PCT, and 4 wk post PCT. Thats gonna be some fun SHYTE! I'll do my best to update when I can and let y'all know how sooper dooper fckn awesome Im feeling while on this cycle.

I know I said no more oral cycles but with polygraphs and all, well you get the picture… Sucks cuz this is WAY more expensive than injectables!

  25. Don't run the creatine on cycle - save it for pct when you'll need it to help keep your strength.

Oh yeah....good to see you, f*cker
