So yeah, I got really bored with this whole BBing stuff and need to drop weight anyway so I changed it up this week. Daily cardio will be before and/or after the actual lifting portion of my workouts. The lifting days have been broken down into Chest, Shoulders, Arms, Legs, Back- or some derivation thereof. I just couldnt stand another week in the gym doing the EXACT same bull**** over and over again. I honestly miss powerlifting a lot, where you had a specific goal in lbs to reach during EVERY workout. Even though the lifts were the same with some changes here and there, at least it was progressive and for a GOAL. Not just to look good.
Its the difference btwn just working out for the routine and meditation of the thing, vs actually working towards something tangible like a 500LB squat or whathaveyou...

180lbs.....ugggh. I can't even begin to imagine how much running I would have to do and how much eating I would have to not do to weigh that much.

Yeah 180 feels alien to me. I havent weighed that low in over a year maybe even 2yrs. GD height and weight requirements. On the plus side if I manage to keep my cardio up like I am I wont have a problem hitting 180 soon, then just increase cals to begin adding some muscle mass

In other news- Just finished puttin in work at the jym. Arms&Abs plus 20mins on the incline tread! Done and done. Having to use more topical analgesic and KT tape lately as well as tylenol in the AM. Still running about 600-800mg caffeine daily for energy. Strength has bottomed out this week but I really havent been eating to maintain nor training for strength. I have dropped the sodium bicarbonate experiment; too much gas. I have decided to do a 5 day loading phase of creatine mono though, 15-20grams a day started yesterday to run through Sunday then back down to 5g a day. Clomid is still at 100, probably drop to 50 tomorrow and run my PCT for another two weeks to make 5wks with Serms. Nolva at 20-25 for another 2 weeks. DAA is still running at suggested dose until gone, probably to week 7-8 of PCT. Exem is 25 daily for another week, then probably drop to 12.5 for weeks 5 & 6, maybe 7. Feeling strong and lean...

Glad I'm not the only one taking alot of caffeine to get through the day. Use to be less then 200mg only on training days! Oo the good days when the preworkout hits u like a mtherfcker

It's called tolerance girls & boys! Back off the sauce & it will work better. I love caffeine. But if I just take as much as I like the magic stops happening & it just becomes necessary to keep the wheels turning. My advice is DON'T cold turkey. Just back it down, 1 cup of coffee or half scoop of preworkout at a time.
When you're ready, go wild again.

Nah its cool bro. Caffeinism is an issue where the user becomes tolerant to a certain dose of caffeine but the effects on the CNS are still happening even if you arent getting high as fck off of it. The upper threshold of caffeine is something like 1gram per day, and the overdose limit is somewhere around 10grams. Basically its still working even if you dont feel like it is. Right now is not the time to ween off of caffeine bro. Maybe in another month when Im more fully recovered.

You're not telling me anything I don't know lol. Just saying that when you want that rush again the only way to get it is to 'make it new' again. I believe in low stims thru cycle & heavy stims first 2 months off (all of PCT). It seems to work the best, & be what my body wants. Then I pull back some for a bit, & when I go back on I'm back to minimums again.

Tonights LEGS workout. Woke up at 189 this morning, up a lb but thats pretty insignificant. Hoping for 185 by the end of next week. That should set me up to hit 180-183 within a month from now which is where I need to be at. Sure I could lose 10 lbs in a few days with water loading and espsom/alcohol baths paired with sweat suit in a sauna, but Id rather avoid all that pain.
Did ATG Squats tonight with the belt up to 215 for reps. Couldve done 225 no problem but I didnt want to push it. Feeling good. Every time I do low weight ATG squats I begin to improve my form more and more. I caught myself leaning forward too much a couple times but was able to correct on the next rep. I now have cheap Spalding knee sleeves for the recent knee pain Ive been dealing with. They seemed to help tonight. Other than that I feel like my blood pressure is returning to normal since being on. Everything just feels right and seems easier, albeit at much lower weight.
Tomorrow is BACK workout, and I cant wait after beating up the wheels...

Back pain, knee pain, we're all aging. Good thing we're going to be "ripped" seniors. What's with the spreadsheet workouts? Do you need an app recommendation? JeFit.

If you're looking for an awesome Knee Sleeve, Titan's are the bomb. Only thing that kept my knee alive through that 8 wk squat program. 60 bux sounds crazy, until you contemplate what knee surgery would cost. Drop in a bucket.
