I've gotten back to my boxing ways to change things up a bit and am wondering what workout routine I should follow outside of the boxing gym. Used to boxe way back when and although I can pack some weight and still make my class, I can't pack on too much weight nor have the privilege of being sore the day after since it really hinders performance.
I was wondering what routine I should perhaps look into; I'm planning on doing 3-4x a week boxing, and a 3 day workout routine during the week, going twice a day on a few days.
I had been doing DC training for quite some time now, but I end up always kinda sore after my workout and it has little cross utilization to boxing. Been wondering if I should focus on something else or just keep on going with DC and fight through the pain, literally.
