I know this is common but my left arm is noticeably smaller than my right arm. I've been trying to focus on my left throughout the day when I pick stuff up, etc. is there an easier way to help this?
First off, how long have you been training?
Balanced training should certainly help even things out over time.
Do more unilateral exercises. So you wont favor one arm over the other.
Do you play any sports, that are say, more favoring to your rt. side or rt. arm?
