Been doing 5x5 for a long time now and want to switch it up for more of a mass building program instead of pure strength.

I dont want to do splits like... Monday Bis, Tuesday Chest, Wednesday back, Thursday Shoulders etc...

I can only spend 3 days in the gym a week for no longer than 1hr each time, on my off days I do cardio.

I weigh about 190 - 200 LBS, now about 18% BF (At a guess), been lifting for few years.

A lot of the routines I have seen either dont have enough to them or have far to much. Any routine that can be completed in under 1 hr and involves 3 sessions a week for mass building, I would be interested in.

Hypertrophy is my goal.

If you think my routine is crap, please give useful feedback such as a good routine specific for my goals or what changes I should make to my suggested routine.

I did 5x5 for a long while as I said so I just expanded on that routine and changed a few things around.

Monday - Chest, Triceps, back
Barbell Bench Press 3x10
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press4x8
Barbell Rows 4x8
Pulldown 3x10
Skull crushers 3x10

Wednesday – Legs/Abs/shoulders
Squats 4x8
Deadlifts 4x8
Straight leg deadlift 3x10
Sit ups 3xmax
Millitary press 3x10

Friday - Chest, Back, Biceps
Barbell Bench Press 3x10
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press4x8
Barbell Rows 4x8
Barbell Curls 3x10
Pull down 3x10
