Recently I've been doing a good amount of Oly training. Been following a good program and mixing in a lot of barbell complexes.
Any other guys out there been training Oly lifts? I like watching my #'s improve and love how it feels to nail a lift. Any training tips or ideas to help improve?
I'm not extremely new at Oly lifting, but new enough that I'm still very open to advice. My snatch is pretty weak due to shoulder mobility issue and a few past injuries, but I'm working on it. My max snatch is 155
Clean and Jerk I'm much for comfortable, up to 205. My clean is up to 245...but that's still quite a bit for me to get overhead.
