I am employed by defence and will soon be transferred to another division. As a result, I will be on full pay while my transfer is processed,and the only daily requirement from me is to do two physical training sessions a day of my own choosing and stay on the garrison between 7 and 4.With unlimited time I am looking for suggestions as to what kind of program I should pursue with both training and nutrition to achieve optimum results...I am for the most part against bulking,or at least dirty bulking..I am currently about 10% bf and am not really willing to let that increase above that,especially with the (australian) summer approaching .however,the more muscle the better....i have been training for around 5 years,so I suppose I'm looking for something outside of the standard 5 day split..

Also,be interested to hear what you would do, training/nutrition wise of u had unlimited free time??
