    Work out tips:)

Im 6 ft tall 192 pounds. I have been eating unhealthy lately and drinking a lot of pop. I need to get back on track. I use to be slim/skinny looking. Any suggestions of a diet or workout plan. I want to start slowly because I haven't worked out in like year and a half. I just want a lean toned body. Do not want a body building body. I uploaded pics of what I want to look like. And what I look like.

Jane Fonda may be able to guide you and I bet you can get her videos on VHS at your local thrift shop.

While the comments above are quite hilarious, I'll try to give you a few tips. Eat right at a calorie deficit, train hard, be patient. Alot of those "dudes" are just really skinny, so work hard and eat right and you should be happy with the results.

On a serious note I was going to suggest tons of cardio, body weight exercise, low carb caloric deficit diet. Basically run and bike your ass off and eat literally like a rabbit. I don't think it's a very healthy look and if those guys are a day over 16 years old they look like they have acquired some sort of eating disorder.

Funny, the first thing that popped in my head looking at those pics was the fight club scene in the bus where Ed norton asks brad Pitt "is that what a mans supposed to look like?" While looking at a Calvin Klein ad.

I think it's an unhealthy look also. Most of them look emeciated and way too skinny.

You think that's bad, check out fame126's thread he posted a couple weeks back after he snapped his femur in half. Ugh! Big titanium rod the whole length of the bone it looks like. My rod is only 7-8"s long.
