Hey everyone it's my first post so bare with me. Im currently 196 at 8.5% body fat (around 18.5mm) I was just looking to see if anyone had any tips or suggestions to help me lose a little more body fat since I've hit a wall recently. I eat very clean (except for my cheat day on Sundays) and lift weights 5 times a week with cardio 5-6 times a week. Any and all ideas are appreciated.
