Anyone ever have a lift they just hit a complete wall with? I'm looking for ways to break a squat plateau, and not the obvious "squat more". I got that part. I'm looking for a few outside the box type ideas that people have tried.
My squat has never been very strong, 275 1RM. My ROM is really good, azz ta ground, and very comfortable at that depth. On the other hand, I have a difficult time if I force myself to stop at parallel and head back up.
Anyone think maybe shorter ROM squats with heavier weights would help my muscles condition to handle the weight??
