    Full body reverse crunches kick my ass


    I tried doing these and i haven't been able to get more than 5!!

    You can build up to them....start off with your knees bent..trying to imagine to touch the cealing with your knees....even if it's a small movement first, you'll definitely feel them and get stronger.

    Later on you can start with knees bent, and on the way back with straight legs...try it, unless you really have a bad back.

    This is pretty much the only an exercise I do. And I learned it by watching Sly Stallone do it.

    Sly is amazing.....60++....more fit than most of us.....a real hero!!!

    Bruce Lee was a big fan too of the reverse crunch.
