Had 2 PX Black again this morning and the lady did 1 PX along with 1 T-2. We got up early and had our plan to get in the garage and get work done. Shortly after we started gathering ourselves her phone rang and of course work needed her to come in for some last minute audit!!! Pissed us both off! We all need work to pay bills and be responsible but dayum those careers have a way of taking over sometimes. Somehow in the next couple days she and I will have to figure out how to get her training in without killing her by Sunday. She needs energy for those soccer games.
I had to train alone again but it got done.
1 serving Hemavol
20x6 Hip Thrusters
20x2 Walking Lunges/ 10x2 Front Squats SS
20x5 Calf Raise/ 30 Jumping Jacks SS
All the squats and Lunges were weighted. When I got to the lunges and Front squats I got a sharp pain in my left knee at the end of the 2nd set. I waited about 20-30 seconds and did a squat, felt it again and stopped immediately. Not sure where or why that happened but I know not to be dumb and break something. Crazy irritating but things happen and I managed a good session anyway. Hopefully we can train together tomorrow when she gets off work if there isn't anymore dumb distractions.

Yah gotta watch the petellar tendon with front squats, stay back on your heels don't use too much weight knees should be well back of your toes.

Eating Good over here! Trained this morning angry and did not write everything down. Pre-Work and Post-Work Supps stayed the same. Training angry sometimes has its benefits though. We put in extra work and I'm still very tired from it. I just grubbed on some Chicken and Brown Rice and my wife took Chicken and Salad to work. If I recall the training this morning went something like!
10x8 Inverted Rows
10x8 Body Weight Tricep (I don't know the name of what we did!)
160 reps of various pushups
10x3 Renegade Rows
12x3 Bent Over Dumbell Row
10x3 Squats (Weighted)
30x3 Calf Raises (Weighted)
Probably off by a few reps but this is about what we did. Tomorrow is a 3 mile run with a group of runners and Sunday is weights and Soccer (Wife). We also weigh in on Sunday so hopefully we see some good results.

We did our 3 mile run Saturday night 6.22.2013 like we planned. It was good times out there with all those people and a few vendors gave away some free treats. Even the weather was decent last night and we didn't bake out there running around. A friend came along and she really pushed my wife to run harder than she normally would have. I was happy to see her do well, it proves she is in better shape than what she gives herself credit for. She also had her Soccer game today and I missed her score a goal. She always does better when I'm not there!!!
I missed my Sunday planned weigh in this morning. We typically just wake up on our own around 7am give or take 15 minutes. For some reason we both slept in and I jumped out of bed late to get ready for work. We'll have to postpone that till next Sunday because I just have some kind of thing about doing it only Sundays!
I'll end this post with a lunch pic. Still eating good and clean.

Not a huge fan of running for body shaping purposes but if you do then yah 3 miles is about right and should not be that catabolic. Remember if you want very low body fat too much cardio can be your worst enemy. I cut all cardio except for my walking to and from work when I cut and control everything through diet. Extra cardio is something I use off season to prevent things from getting out of control when my eating is not as clean. You may already know all this, I just wanted add my .02 cents.
It's probably cuz I see tons of runners on the path to work and back and almost none of them have what I would call good physiques. I know that most don't know any better and some just like to run and that's cool too. Not everybody is trying to look different. I often wonder though is they knew would they still be running. Like I said 3 miles done quickly is probably fine.

PX Black taken again this morning and my wife did 1 with the T-2. For some reason the PX Black seemed to get megoing more than past days this morning. About 45 mins after I put them down I was ready to move around and get things done. I knocked out a few house chores and decided to head down to Golds without my wife who was off to work. We are suppose to do some training tonight so I'll make today a double dose for myself. Since we don't get all crazy with chest when we train together that was the plan headed into the gym this morning.

Last night did not go as planned. I got stuck at work much later than expected and my wife fell asleep waiting on me. She gave it some effort to wait up but my tired girl was passed out on top of the covers when I got home! We both have this day off together and that does not happen often so we trained at a private spot today. We both did our PX Black and T2 today and a small breakfast shortly after. It was off to get a beat down around 1130am and that is exactly how it went down.

Hard to explain because I cannot remember it all. We trained with our personal trainer today and I always forget what we did or don't even know the names of all his moves.
12 reps Side Step Lunches each leg with SS of 12 reps weighted single leg squats. We did 3 sets of these with no breaks except when someone was going to fall over. We got to the floor quickly afterwards and knocked out 50 crunches. Back to our feet and completed 12 reps each leg of some kind of elevated leg on the bench then hopping into the air off the bench (quad work) and quickly to the floor for 12 hip thrusters. 3 sets of those. Last round of super sets were 12 reps again of single leg dead lifts per leg and over to 24 jumping lunges and yes it was 3 sets. After legs we went down for core work of 30 crunches, 30 reverse crunches, 30 toe touches and 30 double crunches.

06.25.2013 Part II
So I have some good news, well for me anyway. My lady is getting more into this and she decided tonight to set up her own account/profile on AnabolicMinds. Now I don't feel so cheesy in my own home and we have something else to share or enjoy together. We completed our two sessions today with arms being the target early this evening in the garage gym. We went at this one GVT style again.
1 serving of BCAA - we had a late coffee today while we were out running around and that was enough caffeine for one day
10x10 Dumbbell Bicep Curls
10x10 Body Weight Dips (Triceps) for the wife and I did pull downs instead using a band
10x10 Dumbbell Shoulder Raises
Rest time was 60 seconds between each round of SS's. I've been sitting still now for a little over an hour and I'm starting to feel that stiffness that comes along after a good day of training. I'll stretch before bed and probably get a scoop of whey in with Glutamine also. I'm sure she and I will be feeling the pain tomorrow and we plan to rest. Our next day of training is scheduled for Thursday after we both get off work.
Dinner was bomb and I pulled that fat from the meat before I put it down. Tonight's dinner was not traditional and more fatty than normal. I had to cash in on a voucher I had before it expired and picked up a couple pounds of smoked meats from a local retailer. Delicious!!!!
