What is the usual max amount of weight you can gain/weekly; without the risk of stretch marks
No one could ever answer this question directly. 1lb a week is a good place to start
I did a low dose test and deca cycle when I was 21 for 16 weeks. I gained towards 28lbs and got savage stretch marks in my shoulder and a few on my biceps. I'd never aim to gain more weight than 1lb a week now, enless you've previously been bigger/heavier than you are now.
a steady 5-10 months on a bulk is the max i go for
anything more and its just nasty looking lol always means im bloated and moonfaced 24/7
