1. TUT

    Anybody got any recommendations for time under tension during reps for muscle hypertrophy and is it important to vary it rather than doing it every session to avoid a plateau?

  2. I'll do a 2/4 second concentric/ eccentric phase for 4-6 weeks. Works very well. Two seconds up, four seconds down. I usually have to lower my weights by about 25% to accommodate this.
