1.) Thoughts on the V-Squat Machine?
-Is it worth adding to a leg routine aside from normal squats?
-Does it only work the quads or does it activate any other muscles?
2.) Thoughts on push ups while grasping dumbbells?
-Does it active different muscles in the chest or allow you to come down further?
-Point of doing them?
-How wide would you want to place the DB's to target the chest?
