I training bodybuilding of course. But only bodybuilding Im doing and Mountaineering* and I need flexibility and mobility for there and for whole my life cuz its good to be flexible, Im not so much. Is there any program of streching or something else that I can do when I have rest days of my training?? Just please don't say Yoga I dont want to do that things! Thanks
*Mountaineering its just my hobby but I don't want to injure myself.
