    Yessir that was a solid workout. These pins are gettin a lot easier too, the butt cheeck is the best place ive injected so far.

    Did my normal scap work.. then went on to enlarge my shoulders

    Db Rear fly- 12x10 15x10 (wu) 20x10 25x10 30x8
    Seated BB BTN military- 95x8x4
    Machine overhead hammer press- 60x8 80x8x3
    Reverse pec deck- 70x10 80x10x3

    Nah no bp reader, but; GHRP 6 can elevate BP. Its no biggie.. there not bad only really notice it if i think about it.. its more of a pressure type feeling

    Alpha Mass looks the same except for a blue stripe. I really like AMS 4AD for the good feelings it supplies; drive in the gym and in the bed, and a confident positive outlook. Gonna be exciting to see how the FRL version treats you. They're sister companies - FRL is just supposed to boast superior absorption at a price premium. Bet you'll like it.

    I'm excited myself 2 weeks in on the Alpha 5 and zero sides beside a little afternoon lethargy. Hoping it stays this way compared to DMZ that was messing with me the last week. Going to try to run this cycle without cycle support but of course I have it..

    As far as I can tell, the IML stuff is dosed lower than any other brand per serving when you compare actual proposed oral bioavailability between the FRL, AMS and IML stuff. Finaflex doesn't have a 4dhea but their 1dhea at least has bergamottin and naringin to help absorption.

    Not that the IML stuff won't work, but I'd def run more than 3 each to have a go with them over 6-8wks.

    Ran cycle support during my all dhea 7wk cycle and for the life of me I can't tell you why. Pick up some hawthorne berry and a big bottle of liv52 (or milk thistle if you're a real cheapo) and presto - 2 months of coverage. Save yourself the extra cash and pills you don't need to swallow. Liv52 more for general detox for all the crap we take nonstop, not necessary for cycle specifically here IMO. I just cruise on that stuff lol

    I've heard that milk thistle interferes with the absorption of PH. So since these are non mythl ill see what happens. On a strong mythl I agree support is a must. In this case with my cycle not sure if its needed? I can usually tell right away how my body is reacting so ill watch out. The less pills I put in my body the better I guess.

    It does, that's why I use liv52. Never heard anything bad about it, and I have bloodwork supporting its effectiveness. Milk thistle is kind of a waste in my eyes.

    Today was leg day. Rolled these thunder thighz out and downed some volatile. First, the taste is excellent. Not too sweet, had some floaters at the end but nothing bad. I will say the energy was good and pumps were decent. I also drank a sample pack of the endurance bcaa again (got to for leg day, amirite?)

    I had energy for dayz, and i couldve kept lifting but i got to 50min and had to call it. I was sweating something serious too.

    Squats- 135x10 (wu) 185x6 belted up- 225x6 260x6 280x4
    Hack squat (lb per side)- 45x10 55x8 65x8 70x8-
